Will we lose any email or files when we move?
No. We copy everything across and check it before switching over, and keep the old system available until you are happy.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It depends on how your team works and what you need to protect. We recommend the plan that fits rather than the most expensive one.
Is our data safe in the cloud?
Set up properly, with multi-factor sign-in and backups, cloud services are usually far safer than a single office PC or server.
Do we still need a backup if we use Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or encrypted data can still be lost. A separate cloud backup protects you against that.
